Michellé Lindsay – Author, Storyteller, Believer

As a child, Michellé always felt she had a special calling. Though she didn’t know exactly what it was, she followed her heart—pursuing anything that sparked joy and felt right deep within.

Through years of exploration and self-discovery, Michellé has accomplished many things. Among her proudest joys are being a self-published author and volunteering her time with Make Time to Pray Outreach.

In October 2021, Michellé released her debut children’s book titled My Seat on the Bus. Inspired by the power of storytelling and its influence on young minds, she has completed her six-book series that expands on the characters introduced in her first book. Her mission is clear: to create uplifting characters who model kindness, problem-solving, mentorship, and love—recognizing that children are deeply impressionable by what they see, hear, or even lack.

In the nonfiction genre, Michellé writes from a place of raw truth and deep faith. Her book, Motherly Love, is a powerful reflection on her life journey—filled with love, tears, hurt, pain, and encouragement. With transparency and grace, she shares her testimony, reminding readers that even in the darkest moments, God can light the way. If He did it for her, He can do it for you.

Among her many blessings, Michellé counts her greatest gift as her daughter.

Today, she resides in Atlanta, Georgia, and is a proud member of SCBWI (Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators).

"The quality of your gifts expands beyond the abilities of what your mind says… So, believe in yourself, and continue to push through your endeavors."
